We painted the restaurant NEO when they had the roof top tenancy. Queens Arcade is one of our favourite places to paint.
Dressmart, Onehunga

During the Covid lockdown of 2020 many large retail stores and services were closed to the public. This gave the owners an opportunity to do some much needed maintenance and freshening up. CPL had quoted painting work at Dressmart for years but the constraints of shopping hours made it difficult to find a window to carry out the work. With the shops empty and the streets cleared, CPL had the “run of the mill” to complete the project. CPL washed, prepared and painted the entire exterior of the Dressmart Onehunga during the lockdown. CPL utilised a number of different elevating work platforms (EWPs) machines to complete all the height work. Dressmart Onehunga now looks smart!
Countdown Henderson

Countdown Henderson was a flagship project for CPL in 2021 as a large and prominent building in Henderson’s Lincoln Rd. The colour scheme was to be changed to a new Countdown Green and a multitude of greys in vertical stripes. The team worked hard and long to complete this work with no issues and 100% client satisfaction.
East Ridge Shopping Centre

After a structural upgrade, the shopping centre exterior needed a visual update. CPL worked with the property manager to treat rust, fill cracks, polish steel and apply a 2 pack coating to high wear areas. This approach minimises the need for ongoing maintenance while maximising the performance of the paint.
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Highbrook

Over the last few years CPL has painted many areas within the 10 acre complex in Highbrook known as Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. The buildings are extremely impressive in size and the corridors seem to go on forever. Each work station has a different colour so it made our paint job fun.

Since CPL opened its doors in 2017, Acacia Cove Retirement village has been our best and most loyal customer. We have painted over 1000 jobs worth more than $1M dollars. Interior and exterior of private villas, reception and communal areas, staff quarters and perimeter fencing. We always have a team working at “The Cove” as the work is substantial. Once we complete the painting, its time to start again.

Being a vacant building for a couple of years the owner of this property decided to convert the tenancy into a medical centre including Doctors Clinic, Pharmacy and Dental Clinic. CPL prepared and painted the structural steel around the exterior of the buildings.

A full Interior and exterior repaint of this 11-story building on Grafton Rd. 440-bedroom doors, corridors, stairwells, common areas and amenities. We even helped an artist paint a mural over the entire north facing 11 story elevation.

CPL Washed and painted the roof of this 11 story building overlooking Broadway, Newmarket. We used ropes and harnesses when working near the edge of roofs.

In 2022 CPL was asked to paint the level 3 and ground level soffits. After many years of water ingress problems, the soffit had copped it the worst. We scraped, sanded, filled, primed and painted the existing soffits hoping to save them. Only time will tell now. In the future some sheets will need replacing but until then, it looks great.
