CPL have painted many offices. Some have been new fit outs, whereas some have been repainted while tenanted. In 2019 we painted the Fisher and Paykel Healthcare facility in Highbrook – interior and exterior while it was full of employees. There were many planning meetings and emails to advise staff of works. Over 20 different feature colours chosen to brighten up the place.

In 2022 CPL was asked to paint the level 3 and ground level soffits. After many years of water ingress problems, the soffit had copped it the worst. We scraped, sanded, filled, primed and painted the existing soffits hoping to save them. Only time will tell now. In the future some sheets will need replacing but until then, it looks great.
