Sub-contractor painters have always featured at Commercial Painting Limited. A bit more nomadic than the wages painter, the Subbie pays their own tax, drives their own vehicles and employs their own staff. CPL only employ Subbies that are already known to us. Word of mouth is so strong in this industry, if you’re a good worker, word gets around and it’s easy to make friends. The Subbies at CPL are all our good friends. The relationship between us is what makes it work. It’s not often you can spot the difference between our wage’s guys and our subbies.
